Most only look at rate of return exclusively
Your Private Reserve Account must have a competitive rate of return compared to other Safe Tank accounts to be acceptable. Here we are looking for a 3-5% steady and uninterrupted growth on our money, but we do not consider the Private Reserve Account to be an investment.
Higher Risk Investments
The access to capital, for investment opportunities or major capital purchases as they arise, and avoidance of opportunity cost loss that you get by utilizing your Private Reserve Strategy may very mean your Private Reserve Account has more value to you than just the numerical rate of return associated with it. This being taken into consideration, there are opportunities in higher risk tanks that should not be avoided.
We do not currently place clients into securities investments at WBC. However, we do work closely with a trusted resource and refer all investment-based business to them.
